I had to quickly sell my home and purchase another. Mrs. Perkins-Mack was recommended by a friend. I contacted her and she came to the house within two days. She did a walk-through of our home and gave recommendations to help it "show" well. We had offers within two weeks. When the offer fell through, Mrs. Perkins-Mack was very encouraging--telling us not to despair, that we would get another offer-AND WE DID!! One that was better than the one that fell through. This was a very trying time for me. Mrs. Perkins-Mack was very professional, caring, sympathetic and uplifting. I told her what I wanted in a home and what I was willing to pay. When we found the perfect home, she worked with me and the seller to make sure I got the best deal AND a washer and dryer!! Mrs. Perkins-Mack was with me from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend Mrs. Perkins-Mack.

I am looking to move to the DMV area and Tammy was extremely detailed and very personable. She understands what we were looking for. she found several great options for us to choose from. We were impressed with her knowledge of the market and she offered us great suggestions. She was always available to us and when she wasn't, she made sure she got back to us timely. I will definitely recommend her to family and friends and will be using her as my agent in the very near future.

I have never met anyone as knowledgeable a Ms. Mack. She is incredible. Just when you think the home you are looking for will not be found or something comes up with the paper work to close, she is right in there handling it all the way. I have become confident in her negotiations skills. She gives you faith to believe things are possible. She says trust me and human nature says no, trust what, but she comes through. She doesn't mind telling you to walk away too if it isn't right or if things don't seem right. She also will tell you if it is right for you and help you see the reality of what you are wanting can be real. Thanks for all that you did to help my family with getting their home.
